Coconut Cream Frosting

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • One stick margarine or butter
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Three egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Mix first five ingredients together in sauce pan; cook over medium heat; stirring occasionally; Until thick about 12 minutes.
  2. Stir in coconut and pecans.
  3. Beat until spreading consistency.
  4. Frost the cake and enjoy!!
