Lasagna in Crockpot

  • 8 lasagna noodles uncooked
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned
  • 20 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 15 ounce ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Break noodles; cover bottom of Greased slow cooker.
  2. Mix seasoning  with ground beef and spread over noodles
  3. Mixed together water and sauce
  4. Layer sauce, mushrooms, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese over beef
  5. Repeat layers; ending with sauce and cheese on top
  6. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours
  7. Enjoy
