Animal Kingdom Lodge Boma -- Flavors of Africa

Grab your copy of Birnbaum's 2019 The Official Guide where you can learn more about the Happiest Place in the World and sooo much more

Resembling an African marketplace, Boma offers an impressively diverse selection--the fare served represents the continent of Africa.   It's one big buffet with multiple stations, and the food is as good as what you'd expect in a fine dining place.

The all-you care-to-eat affair provides an excellent bang for your Disney dining buck.    Breakfast features Kenyan coffee, jungle juice, omelets, cereals, fresh fruit, sausage, biscuits, ham, corned beef, and more.  At dinner, expect to fill your plate with items such as salads (including watermelon rind salad in Tunisian couscous salad); an assortment of breads, soups, and stews; seafood; roasted meats; and a nice array of vegetarian selections.  For dessert, do sample the decadent zebra domes--you'll regret it if you don't.   It's tempting to overeat at a bounteous feast such as this, so consider taking tiny portions of everything.  You can go back for seconds of your favorites.   Note that the menu does change throughout the year.  The wine list includes selections from various African vineyards.  Even if you're not staying at the lodge, its worth the trip.  Reservations are required
