- 1/4 C packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp canola oil, divided
- 4 boneless port loin chops
Directions
- Mix first four ingredients; gradually stir in 1 tbsp oil (mixture will be crumbly). Rub over both sides of the pork chops.
- In a large skillet, heat the remaining oil over medium heat; cook the chops until a thermometer reads 145˚ , 4-6 mins per side. Let Stand 5 mins before serving.
