Taco Ring from my kitchen to yours

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • One pkg taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 pkg crescent rolls
  • 1/2 lettuce; chopped
  • 1 tomato; chopped
  • 2 green onions; chopped
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives; drained
  • Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Brown ground beef beef drain
  3. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes; cool slightly
  4. Add 1 1/2  cup of cheese; mix well; set aside
  5. Arrange crescent rolls in a  pan with overlapping in center and points to outside with 5 inch hole in center 
  6. Put meat mixture on dough,  bring points up over and tuck in
  7. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes
  8. Serve with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, salsa, olives, and green onions; and sour cream if desired
